Mitt Romney--The Mormon Presidential Candidate, Is Interviewed By Nightline.

This was the interview that Mitt Romney did on January 29, 2007 with ABC's Nightline.

He once again doesn't want to talk about the Mormon religion very much and says that the US Constitution would come first, if he were President, in response to the question regarding the Mormon Prophet having the final word or trying to influence him in any way.

Mitt does however admit that he is a "TRUE-BELIEVING and DEVOUT Mormon" and "very proud of his heritage."

Too bad he doesn't want to discuss openly the thing that he's so proud of, right? Remember in Mormonism, they always preach that it's not just a religion, but who you are and a lifestyle.

So, if that's the case, why is Mitt trying to separate himself so much from his "lifestyle" and "who he is." The question is rhetorical for us ex-Mormons that know damn well why he wants to distance himself from the Mormon cult.

He doesn't want to look "weird" or "peculiar", rather normal, which is hard to do when you are a Mormon running for President.

the guy is simply:

"weird" & "peculiar"

without adding the mormon factor problem.

I can only hope that if he does become president, he is serious about keeping his religion out of the presidency. I'm sure Hinkster is keeping his fingers crossed as it sure will give him an extra edge having one of his clones in the oval office.

Really, if a Mormon ever becomes president, you can guess who will really be running the country... the Mormon prophet. LDS, Inc. is definitely loving all the free publicity they are getting and will get from it.

Maybe it's good if a Mormon becomes president. I mean, if the president's spiritual leader walks and talks with god, then Romney should be able to end all types of world conflicts and problems. If he doesn't, then everyone will know that Mormonism is just another religion and can't possibly live up to all of it's remarkable claims.

But let's not forget that the Mormon's ultimate goal is world domination, so let's not let a Mormon become president!

Mitt does not have the political experience i would want to see in a presidential candidate.

Also, religion should not make too much of a difference, but let's see.....would I want a Branch Davidian cult leader as a presidential candidate? Hmmmm..... no.

Mormonism is a cult, plain and simple. Mitt is a cult follower. This LDS Inc, is not a religion, it is a cult.

So, Mitt's run for president is bit different than Kennedy the Catholic. Catholicism is a religion. Mormonism is a cult. A big cult, but a cult just the same.

I do not want a cult follower in the White House.
