Hey Everybody, I Thought It Was Time That I dedicate An Entire Page, To All Of The Hatemail/messages, That I Receive On A Regular Basis!! Enjoy!!

Or was it the alcohol, the sudden, heavy drug addiction, the new early schedule, laziness, fornication, adultery, or just not wanting to confess your masturbation, porno habits and many other sins to the Bishop? It just can’t possibly be that the church isn’t true, right?!!

Well, it has been suggested to me more than once, that I start a page on my blog that is completely dedicated to all of the hatemail and messages that I've received, from those that hate and despise me, hate what I do(exposing the truth) and don't give a damn about what I've gone through or even what "the truth" is.

(I WARN everyone right now, that this page is for those that are 18 or older, as it does contain a lot of adult language, mature themes and descriptions. It's too bad that most of this came from TBMS, isn't it?)

But I agree with you guys that think I should do this and I've wanted to do this for a very long time, but I just haven't had the time to put it together and get it started until now.

This page will be a work in progress, and a real project as it is going to take me a long to time, to go back over the last 14 months and find all of the hatemail that I've received, which is mixed in with all of the awesome Emails and messages. I will be putting the newest messages at the top and then just add onto the bottom, chronologically, all of the older messages, back to the very first one.

I just wanted to post what I have right now and get it started, so that you guys can see what I'm dealing with from some of these TBM Apologists, that probably go the temple on a regular basis.

I have too many comments over on YouTube, to list them all here(I'll try to list the best ones), but you are all welcome to go to my videos, watch them and leave comments too, which requires a quick, free registration process. When you go to this page linked above, it lists my videos right at the top. Just click on any one of the them, and it will take you to the video, the comments and then a listing of all the other videos to the right.

The fascinating thing about these emails and messages, is that after calling me all sorts of names and derogatory terms, telling me to suck this and suck that, a lot of them bare their testimonies about how true the church is, that I need to repent, read Moroni's promise, etc. In my opinion, these folks that do this, are mentally deranged by the very cult that they believe is the "only true cult on earth", need professional help, and I feel sorry for them in that sense.

Sadly, they've probably grown up in the cult since they were babies and know nothing but Mormonism, how true it is and they are taught how evil anyone is that leaves it. Their comments and Emails to me, are a very sad commentary on where Mormonism has left them, which is in their little village in the middle of nowhere, unable to cope with everyday life and people in the "real world."

Also, I've decided that I'm not going to protect the identity of any of these people any longer and I will put up their hatemail, or message, exactly as I got it, including their Email address and names, which in many cases, amazingly, is their correct name.(dumb...dumb...dumb) I will also include links to their homepage, online journal or myspace, if they have one.

If people don't want to be embarrassed publicly, then they shouldn't be writing me these emails and messages, using offensive language and their real names, should they? If people write me an Email of disagreement, even if it's strong and passionate, but respectful, that's fine and I won't include it on this page. Too bad there aren't more people that are capable of doing this.

I'm also going to create a link in my sidebar, that will allow you guys to access this page whenever you want, no matter where it currently resides in the listing of posts. Check back often as I will probably try to update it every few days, once a week, or whenever I get another hatemail or message.

Also, when I have multiple Emails from the same individual, I will put them all together, under one listing, so that it's easier to follow. Of course if the same people leave me a nasty Email once a month, I'll just add the new one to the top of the list.

One other thing; in a section of this post, where I want to make personal comments, I will put my words in blue and their words in red, just so that their isn't any confusion and you can tell who is saying what. I will leave all their comments, exactly as they sent them to me, errors and all. I will also not be editing out their language and F words, because I want everyone to see what is actually being said to me, by these supposed TBMs.

So, for those of you out there, that want to make it onto my "TBM hall of shame" hatemail page, and disgrace and embarrass both yourself and your Church, that you supposedly love so much(or hate so much), fire away!! Let's see just how foul and how nasty you can get and entertain us all please. Show the whole world how true your Church is through your great example and Christlike behavior!!

Just so that everyone is crystal clear; if you write me a hatemail, TBM or ex-Mormon, I do reserve the right to post it on my blog, along with whatever information that is on that Email and will most likely do so. If you don't want it on here, then don't send it!!

With that being said, let's get it started.....drum roll please!!

Ya know, in this world of uncertainty theres one thing that I can rely on. Know nothing losers who perpetuate the truth of mormonism do not add to the exmormon movement. You remind me of Ed Decker, a man I still see as helping the LDS church retain members. Your amateur podcast and constant vommiting blog are a testament to your inability to move on. I still hate the church. I wish it would go away. I wish you would shut the hell up so individuals who want to leave the church can do so without viewing your inane blather. (Why does this clown keep reading it and listening to it then?!! LOL!!)

Just because you can record creed played from a casette player followed by yourt whiny little voice does not mean individuals want to listen to you.

Your biggest fans are evangelical christians. No one in the exmormon community takes you seriously. We know your trying.

We know you just might get over yourself one day. But please PLEASE shut the fuck up.

Who knows, you might read this and realise your life sucks just enough to do something constructive. I'm not holding my breath though.

Listen to Zelph, listen to "the church is not true" podcast. were all trying to tell you something: GO home. Take your toys and go home. THere are better people to convey the message that the LDS church is a corrupt criminal organization. You are not one of these people. You are a boy with a microphone and a bunch of historical docs he culled from google. Whooptedoooo! Your banal!!!! get the fuck over yourself.

And take my phone number off your goddamned blog or I will have a lawyer do it for you.

You give exmormons a bad name.--

Name-XXXXX (I deleted his name and phone number out of common courtesy, because this guy is such a complete embarrassment to himself and his family, as you can see from the above Email.)

Hey Vegasbright, you are the disgrace and embarrassment!! You give humanity a bad name and I'm ashamed to think that you are an ex-Mormon. You must help absolutely nobody. How many Emails a week do you get, thanking you for how much you've helped someone? Do you even care? You know nothing about me buddy. Have we ever corresponded?

Why should I remove your number off of my blog, when it sat on Mormon Discussions for over 6 months? Did you forget it was there? Am I responsible for your stupidity? I thought you wanted it out there for people to call you and debate you and take you on, you big hard-ass, tough guy!!

Sorry, I guess it was my mistake to think that was why you posted your personal phone number in the first place, my bad. So, now, you don't want people to call you anymore? What has changed? I thought you'd thank me, being such a tough guy and all and wanting to take on everyone, especially people like me or my supporters!!

I come from a family of lawyers, that would love to take on the case, so if you are gonna be a jerk about it, maybe we should let it go to our lawyers and we can discuss how you made it public knowledge on the Internet, on a discussion board, for all to see, for months and months.

I'm sure that won't help your case, if you know anything about law, which you obviously don't. Do you really want to go that route and battle this out in court? There is an amicable way to do this you know, but you apparently aren't familiar with how to do that or how to ask nicely. Good thing I have a back up of everything as proof, isn't it? I simply copied and pasted the information that you posted and kept a copy of the entire thread.

Now, if you want to humble yourself and not be a jerk about it and ask me nicely to take it down, I'll take it down tonight and we can go our separate ways and it's over. If you want to take the other route, I can do that too. It's funny how you are pissed at me for your own stupidity, isn't it? Maybe you should take your uncontrollable rage and profanity and your finger and direct them at yourself, because you have no one to blame but yourself. Take responsibility for your life and decisions and quit blaming other people for you stupidity.

Oh, by the way, I still get over 15,000 downloads a month on my podcasts and I haven't even recorded one for about 2 months, due to time constraints. Amazing, isn't it, for such a pile of shit like me that knows nothing about anything and isn't helping anyone? I guess you are the Minority James. Did you ever consider that the rest of the world doesn't believe everything or see everything the way that you do? Just a thought for you to consider!! Do you allow for others to do or say things differently than you would, or would you rather live in Communist China and be the dictator? I'm guessing China would work well for you!!

Anyway, best wishes James, grow up and I'll talk to you soon I'm sure!! Also, try to drop more F-bombs in your next email, because I find them very entertaining and it shows what a nice guy you are. LMAO!!

Samuel

After writing the Email, I decided to be the bigger man and do the right thing(despite the foulness and nastiness of the above Email), by taking his number down, despite his stupidity of posting his personal cell phone number on the Internet, for all the world to see.

I wonder if he ever threatened Dr. Shades for creating a forum that would allow him to leave his cell number and for then leaving it up for months and months after he posted it? I also didn't know if he'd be able to cover the court costs after he lost his case. I just thought I'd cut the guy a break and teach him that it is possible to rise above, even though he probably never does it. I guess it's never too late to learn is it?

I did him the courtesy of removing his real name from the above Emails, but then I noticed that he created a wikipedia for himself, under Vegasbright(easily Googled), where he shares his real name(I think) with the world. Maybe he'll threaten me again, for sharing his wikipedia page? I guess his personal info, that he posts freely on the Internet, is for anyone to read but Mormon Truth readers and listeners.

Dear know nothing loser:I am willing to pay money to have my phone number removed. Keep my blog link though. I'm getting a good deal of hits on my blog generated from it.(Funny how he's getting so many hits from a blog that nobody visits or cares about, isn't it? LOL!!) I do not have to ask nicely, I just have to ask, which I did. I am forwarding your response to my legal representatives. Once again, remove the number or you will recieve a letter from my lawyer.(I guess he didn't check my blog last night or today, because I removed it right after getting his first foul Email.)

This is my second request for you to do this. I did not give you permission to post personal information in a format unbecoming of a friendly post. Legally speaking, the format you posted my info with has nothing to do with you. Your just pissed I stated Why is criticism so hard for you to take? You started this shit so be a big boy and do what is right. Do this or I will take legal action.(I look forward to the letter from his lawyer, I really do.) As for your supposed download numbers, I'm sure the mormon church has more hits on their website than you do. I guess they are "more true" than you are. (LOL!! To be honest, I'm starting to feel bad for this guy.)

ammoman23 (9 minutes ago) October 21, 2006

O.K. I wont claim to know the facts. To be honest, right now my wireless connection sucks so I havent watched the video, but "Sam the nite from Utah", youre an ass. "youre all about the facts" who talks like that? You have obviously been screwed by some Mormon so now you have a mission. Also, I'm willing to bet youre unattractive. Am I right?

ammoman23 October 21, 2006 I'm not going to insult you like everyone else has, I don't even know you, but you seem like you truly hate Mormons. I'm not Mormon, but man, some Mormon must have truly screwed you over. I have seen a bunch of guys just like you on this U tube thing, they say they are just trying to help missguided kids that are being told lies, my question is; why don't you worry about KKK teens instead. If you really were trying to help missguided youth you would be doing it to a demographic that was in more immediate danger, like radical Muslims or something. O, and you are obviously a jaded radical, with more time than usefullness. (sorry, I guess I am insulting you)

ammoman23 October 21, 2006 I'll make this quick cause it is Friday and I dont want to talk you you. I'm sure you will E mail me again and leave messages, but I wont respond, not cause I cant, just cause you are redicolous. Dont leave me a message asking "have you learned anything yet", you are not a teacher, you are an old angry man. I didnt ask for your life story that you left, and I didnt finish reading it. You did however confirm my assumption that you have wayy too much time, and that you are doing this cause a Mormon, or some Mormons burned you in some way. My point was, you are doing this cause you are mad, if your mission really was to help people you would be out in the world helping starving children or burn victims or something, not teaching of the great horrors of the Mormons. (watch out, they have jello mold and book of Mormon, o noooo!)

It's truly amazing when someone who isn't even Mormon or religious, thinks they know so much about what I'm doing and Mormonism, isn't it? He engages me and then doesn't want to talk to me and is offended that I tried to explain myself? It 's obvious that he prefers keeping his head burred in the sand and spouting off with stupid comments that are not based on any facts and calling people an ass. Good luck man on your journey through life and I hope you wake up someday!!

This video is a fine example of what KKK-like hate mongers do with their useless lives and too much free time. Get a life, and stop sucking your own balls. See you in hell.

You are truely a lonely individual with no friends. I can tell you barely made it through highschool by reading the cliffnotes on everything and declaring you've read the whole thing. Get off the hate bandwagon and find some hobbies.

You sir are an arrogant prick! Of course I am not a racist! I nor the church support these awful teachings. And yes those that did teach these things were mistaken and lacked the light and knowledge we have now.

Sir,
I am not sure if you have read this before, but it may save you some time in the future as you try to stop something that is impossible to stop:
The Standard of Truth has been erected. No unhallowed hand can stop the work from progressing. Persecutions may rage; mobs may combine; armies may assemble, calumny may defame, but the truth of God will go forth boldly, nobly, and independent, till it has penetrated every continent, visited every clime, swept every country and sounded in every ear; till the puposes of God shall be accomplished and the great Jehovah shall say, "The work is done," (History of the Church, 4:536). You are fighting a battle that cannot be won. You do not have a hallowed hand! Sorry to break that news to you.

(Matthew 13:18-30.)
18 ¶ Hear ye therefore the parable of the sower.
19 When any one heareth the word of the kingdom, and understandeth it not, then cometh the wicked one, and catcheth away that which was sown in his heart. This is he which received seed by the way side.
20 But he that received the seed into stony places, the same is he that heareth the word, and anon with joy receiveth it;
21 Yet hath he not root in himself, but dureth for a while: for when tribulation or persecution ariseth because of the word, by and by he is offended.
22 He also that received seed among the thorns is he that heareth the word; and the care of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, choke the word, and he becometh unfruitful.
23 But he that received seed into the good ground is he that heareth the word, and understandeth it; which also beareth fruit, and bringeth forth, some an hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty.
24 ¶ Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is likened unto a man which sowed good seed in his field:
25 But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, and went his way.
26 But when the blade was sprung up, and brought forth fruit, then appeared the tares also.
27 So the servants of the householder came and said unto him, Sir, didst not thou sow good seed in thy field? from whence then hath it tares?
28 He said unto them, An enemy hath done this. The servants said unto him, Wilt thou then that we go and gather them up?
29 But he said, Nay; lest while ye gather up the tares, ye root up also the wheat with them.
30 Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn.

All you are doing is fulfilling prophesy of the Lord. Helping to seperate the wheat from the tares. Enjoy being burned.

Here is a message from YouTube:

cokepuma September 23, 2006 Thank you sir for showing the world the "real truth" about a religion via half assed photoshopping and punk rock. I don't know much about the mormons, I don't go to any church, but I appreciate the true crusaders out there like yourself that can show me the way based on recycled one-liners. I do feel bad if the frat boys at BYU hurt your feelings back in '83, or maybe if Donny Osmond wouldn't give you an autograph, but maybe at some point you could think about moving on. I know it's hard, princess. When in your mind you build yourself up to be this great exposer of truth and evil but wake up to realize you have just been riding Michael Moore's dick your whole life, it has to be an eye-opener. But for now...you kick ass! Keep rockin buddy. ==============================================

Even some ex-Mormons attack me and here are a couple of examples, as I get it from both sides. These comments are regarding my podcasts and I'll comment more on this at a latter date, as I have much more to say.

Vegasbright over in Mormon Discussions said:

Not trying to Diss the guy or anything, but the creed he has playing at the beginning is amateurishly annoying, it sounds like hes reading (poorly) from a script and theres no real issues raised. Its got an "aww i hate that" kind of gripe feel to it. Well sam, we all dont like the blaring oddities of mormonism but the way its presented were learning nothing new, just complaining. Lets be constructive when criticising.

Okay, he hates Creed, but "reading poorly from a script" and "no real issues raised?" He bitches about my griping? Are you serious? Nobody gripes or complains more than Vegasbright, that I've ever seen and poorly I might add, about everything. It was funny when Vegasbright got really pissed off at Daniel C Peterson and to show how tough he is, he left his personal info over on Mormon Discussions, and a challenge for Daniel C. Peterson to call him, because DCP was talking trash about him, behind his back, over on the Fairboards.

He said to DCP:

Furthermore, if DCP wants to say something, he can say it to me directly.

I guess he's a "do as I say, not as I do" kind of guy....good job Vegasbright!!

He lists his occupation as:

Night dwelling Router Jockey
For those that might want to contact him and let him know how you feel, here is his personal info, that he left for all the world to have, over on Mormon Discussions:

Email: vegasbright@gmail.com
Phone: Sorry guys, he asked me to remove it, in a profanity laced tirade(posted above) in which he told me to "shut the FUCK up" and "get the FUCK over myself." I know that I didn't have to, but I didn't want him to get phone calls that he couldn't handle or blow a blood vessel, because he is one angry fool. I just decided to be a nice guy, what can I say!! LOL!!)
Website: http://www.ihatevegas.com/blog

and Zelph said:

Samuel the Utahnite I really don't care for. I have not listened to any of his stuff the last few months but what I have listened to seems like just a huge gripe session. Very negative podcast and his points seem to drag on forever. They could easily but cut down to 1/4 of the time and you would get the same stuff out of them. I think his podcasts are a good recovery tool for him right now but hope that it does make him a bitter person for life. Life is to short to have Mormonism get you down for the rest of your life.

Zelph, has no idea why I do my podcasts or the purpose of anything that I do and doesn't care a lick, about those that I'm helping. I just want to mention that both of these people, that bitch and moan about how shitty my podcasts are and how all I do is gripe and bitch, do nothing but bitch, gripe and moan, call people bad names(other ex-Mormons, non-Mormons), in about every post they write. They make me look calm in fact. They are hypocrites, plain and simple, especially Vegasbright!!

So, hey, if anybody out there knows Vegasbright; give him a call and tell him to get his ass over here, because I'm talking shit about him behind his back, just like DCP!! Oh yeah, and I'm not afraid of either him or his hard-ass act that he puts on and I actually find it extremely comical, especially the one where he pretended(maybe it was real) to be in a big fight with his TBM brother....LOL!!

He called his brother all kinds of nasty names, in a profanity laced tirade or was that a fight that he had with himself? I guess I just didn't feel that he was being very constructive with his criticism toward himself/brother and was just complaining and griping too much...LMAO!!

He's known for his amazing, deep quotes like:

Hey asshat?!?! Got anything constructive to say?

I guess that I could say the same thing back to him. My guess is that no, he probably doesn't.
He thinks that everything he says is constructive though. The sad things is, I just looked at his blog and he wrote a great post on why he and so many ex-Mormons are so damn angry....ironic, isn't it? I guess he can actually write something of substance when he isn't trashing everyone and acting like a fool and a hypocrite. In any case, I shared my opinion of him and he shared his opinion of me. Isn't it wonderful? Like I said, I get it from both sides.

Maybe he's just really screwed up from that Mormon upbringing and has lost his ability to reason and use common sense? All I know is that he has issues with me and my podcasts for some reason has never once even interacted with me or Emailed me that I know of. So, if he wants to discuss me publicly, without my knowledge, I'll do him the same honor and he knows where he can find me, if he has issues with me.

You're 1 of 2 things... you're either some "christian" automaton, preaching against a Church you have no idea about because your preacher asked you to, or you're some preacher, peddling your pathetic anti-mormon literature. But you are starting a revolution, oh yeah... 99 blog views. Wow. Only 264,999,001 more people to get the message out to.

And why don't you allow comments on your little blog? Can someone dish it out, but not take it? Uh-oh. You really are the lowest of the low. Since you're powerful enough to bring down the True Church of God, let's see you answer some questions... what mission did you serve in, who was your mission president, what years did you serve? Which Temple were you married in? Who performed your sealing? Are you divorced? Did you commit adultery? Does your "family" feel the same about the church as you do? Let's see some walk served with this talk, friend.

Jason M. Aivaz

Just for fun, here is Jason's livejournal, which he kept on his mission(naughty, naughty) and for those that have time to read it, it has a lot of fun stuff in it.

Also, here is a link to his mission page, as he served in the Kentucky, Louisville mission.

Here are some great highlights from his livejournal, that I thought you'd all enjoy:

[Jul. 28th, 200501:48 pm]

Well, I’m married… have been for about 2 weeks now. It’s weird. I can sleep in the same bed with her and not feel bad or wrong. I can kiss her, and not have to stop there. She looks so cute asleep. I love being a husband… I wouldn’t trade it for anything. The next step from here is becoming a Dad… that part scares me, so we probably won’t make a concerted effort towards that for another few years… at least until I have some school under my belt.To everyone who helped in my wedding/reception (whether you came, were a bridesmaid or groomsman, or whatever) you have my many, MANY thanks. We got the reception pictures back, and they’re AMAZING (especially the one where Tony kneed me in the balls… bastard)

"I'm retarded for this girl. The L-Bomb has been dropped by both sides, and it feels incredible. I'm pretty sure this is the best I've felt since the mission.
Her name is Seana. She expresses her love for me in 1st Grade poetry. She calls me sometimes just to hear my voice. We eat lunch on Saturdays and don't want to leave the car. She works at D.I."

Jan. 2nd, 200411:28 am]

"Today, Ross and I were giving service at the Hospital, when all of a sudden, the Paramedics wheeled in a body-bag, which I'm assuming was, well... occupied. After overhearing the medic say to the coroner, "there's one more" and watching as the body was wheeled into the morgue, I carried on along my way. The interesting thing was Ross, he stopped dead in his tracks, got as pale as a ghost and almost passed out. My initial reaction was to laugh, of course, because I had become somewhat accustomed to dead bodies by being an avid watcher of the Faces of Death series. But then I thought, is it possible that I've become so calloused, so desensitized as to not give so much as pause to a person who no doubt hours ago was living, and just recently gave that up? Sometimes it takes extremes to bring about small changes."

Maybe it's just me but I think that there's something very fundamentally wrong with someone that laughs at the sight of dead people. I've personally never found anything funny about people dying or body bags. It's good to see that the Mormon Church and his Family have had such a great influence on him!!

I'll leave you with one more quote to ponder that came from during his mission Feb 27,2004. This will give us a little better insight into the man that is Mr. Jason M. Aivaz(AKA Mr. Vegas):

"Call me old-fashioned, bigoted, conservative, whatever, but... boys don't marry boys, and girls don't marry girls. How could they? I now pronounce you man and... man. You may now kiss... the man? If 2 guys/girls can marry each other, why can't Mormons have more than 1 wife? Can I marry a poltergiest? How about a toster oven? My sister? Where's it going to stop?"

Stay tuned, and check back often, as I will keep adding more each chance I get, as there is much more to come.........

Seriously Samuel, don't worry about these nutjobs. Their grammar and spelling obviously proves they are subhuman. Isn't it great that your no longer part of a culture that produces these people.

Isn't it amazing that people who claim to be Christians or holy or whatever turn around and act like complete dickheads just because someone makes a choice to reject a belief system based on personal choice.

Isn't the initial "sin" of apostacy far less than the deplorable treatment of our fellow man. There's a reason they call it hate-mail.

  2. I've just seen some of your videos over at youtube, and some worry me, especially those "xxx's Testimony out of Mormonism into Christianity", because it is the same bigot statements the Mormon Church claims for themselves, but instead of Mormonism you have an over-generalized sect which calls themselves "Christianity".

There is no Christianity as a whole, but many little sects with different beliefs. Some may share parts of their doctrine, and so they might like each other more than others.
Mormonism, as a very distinct kind of Christianity, of course is like an outcast, because it has many different teachings. Therefore, to promote bigotry AGAINST mormons is as injust as thinking to be better because one wears "the lord's underwear".

People who leave Mormonism, only to enter one of those evangelical sects which overgeneralize themselves to be "Christianity", have not gained anything but have just exchanged one cult for another.

Actually, I think that all religions have been corrupted over the centuries, so even if there might have been a true religion, may it be based on Mose, Jesus, Muhammad, Buddha, or Nigantha Nataputta (Jainism), by now its teachings have been changed, corrupted, interchanged, etc.

So please stop promoting those videos which show bigots leaving the LDS church only to become greater "we are the only true Christians" bigots, bible-thumping, gay-bashing, Mormon-hating, Muslim-fighting, Condom-cutting, you get the point.

I think instead we should try to find the truth for ourselves, not in dusted books, not in man-made denominations, not in evangelical hate-sermons, but in ourselves, by opening our eyes to the world outside and within us.

    Just my thoughts,
    Purana Kaccayana.

  3. Purana,

What? You must be way over my head, or looking at something I'm not, or think that I'm someone else, because I don't even know what the hell you are talking about in your comment in regards to me.

As far as I know, I don't promote one damn video about, "we are the only true Christians" bigots, bible-thumping, gay-bashing, Mormon-hating, Muslim-fighting, Condom-cutting, etc, because I detest them probably more than you do.

In fact, I'm the opposite of all of that, except maybe the "Mormon Hierarchy" hating. I defend homosexuals, which Mormons condemn and excommunicate, if they are sexually active.

They used to use pornography and shock therapy to try to cure them, at BYU and other places. They strongly encourage gay men, to marry women and have kids.

For all we know, they still do the porno and shock therapy at Evergreen, which is run and controlled by the Mormon Hierarchy. I condemn the racism in Mormonism, that has existed and never been apologized for since 1830. It is despicable!!

I despise the nutjob, fanatical, Evangelical Christians who walk around shouting angrily to the world that everyone is going to hell, unless they follow them and believe what they believe. I mean, you seem very confused. Have you actually read any of my comments, do you know which ones are mine, and have you read the descriptions of my videos?

By the way, where are the ""xxx's Testimony out of Mormonism into Christianity" videos anyway? I know that I don't have one of those damn things in my videos and I would never post one, EVER. They make me want to puke, as those people are just shoving their pathetic condemnation agenda down everyone's throat.

It's my guess that you are looking at the videos that randomly pop up after my videos show, which nobody has any control over. You have to look at the names of who posted them and you will easily see that they aren't mine.

Have you read my blog? Have you listened to my podcasts? Have you read what I've had to say about a former friend of mine, who is one of these radical Evangelicals, that condemns me, my family, my friends and basically every person I know to burn in hell with Satan for all Eternity and says that I'm DEMONIC for even questioning the Bible?

I 1000% agree with your "switching one cult for another" statement, but that is my opinion and I don't tell people whether they should or shouldn't join another church, as that is their choice not mine. I share my opinions, usually without holding back and they can do whatever they want.

I think that you have great confusion as to who I am, what I'm doing, which videos are mine and what you think you know about me and my beliefs and I honestly have no clue who your comment was meant for.

I also don't understand how you could confuse me with these other die-hard fanatical losers, if you spent 2 seconds looking at what I'm doing and the videos I've posted.

Didn't you see the one video I posted, with the nutjob, ready for the rubber wall Evangelicals? I think I made it clear how I felt about that shit, didn't I?

Just to be clear; I also believe that there isn't one true religion and if there ever was one, which I don't believe there was; it is one big pile of steaming cult bullshit now, after thousands of years of corruption, greed and politics.

I look forward to your response and clarification.

    Take care now,

    Samuel

  4. Hi Sam,
    sorry, you are right.
It was partly my fault, partly the that of youtube's design.
When you click on a link which lists all of your videos, you can see one, but then it doesn't show all of yours, but "related" videos. Because this list contained some of your videos as well, I wrongly thought that it was the list of your videos. And so I clicked on the one

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3tGfOvVn-08

and saw also the link to similar videos of the pattern
XXX's testimony out of Mormonism into Christianity.

    Sorry, that was my fault.

  6. Samuel,
I have listened to every one of your podcasts and read nearly every blog entry you have ever written. I agree 100% with your podcasts. I also can appreciate that you DON'T stay quiet about the fraud that is the Mormon cult.

So often Mormons quote their cult leader, old Joe, by bringing up the ragged, worn out phrase "You left the church, but you can't leave the church alone". Well, hell no!! Why would we walk away from a fraud and keep quiet? We have many family, friends, and acquaintances still in the church.

Who wants to leave their loved ones walking in the dark? Not too many people.

If we were leaving a pyramid scheme, would we not tell others what a fraud it was? If we got screwed over at a store that is found to cheat people consistently, would we not tell others? If there was a crooked politiciam like George Bush who lied to a nation about Iraq so that he could go to war, would we not talk about it over and over? Hell yes!

So we are supposed to walk away from this GIGANTIC fraud that is the LDS cult and keep QUIET? WHO in the hell thinks THAT would be right? My god, that cult is cheating people out of their very lifetime of joy and happiness. So walk away and saying NOTHING?

I think the very suggestion of doing that is insane. I am glad that you are standing up and telling the world what a fraud the LDS cult is.

I thank you for your defiance, your anger, your honesty, your creative ways in which you tell others "It is BUNK!" Whether people write back tell you the old cult refrains, "you are gay, blah, blah, blah, you cannot live the blah blah blah..." is irrelevant. THAT is the VERY lingo you and I used to use when we were members. We were inculturated that way.

Anybody who thinks the LDS 'church' is the one and only will be very defensive about their church, lifestyle, beliefs. I was. You were, too. That makes sense. Of course they will be ticked off at you. In large part because you are not soft spoken about things. I used to be very vocal about it as well.

I would only say to Mormons, yes, I know that you think an exMormon is sinful, a homosexual, cannot live the rules and all that jazz. OK, let's say that is true for me or for Samuel or for many others. But is EVERY exMormon just embittered? Are there any members who leave because they read about how of the 11 witnesses to the BoM, 70% of them also had been witnesses to other plates, to other angels, and so forth. yes, most of the 11 witnesses were sppiritual gypsies, having had been witnesses both before and after Joseph Smith's times to OTHER men's 'brass plates' and so on. Read your own history to verify that. Don't believe me or a single word I am writing.

Also, are there member who leave because they find out that the papyri that Smith translated into the Book of Abraham are nothing more than common burial texts that went with every mummry, which contain nothing more than the book of breathings, common in all Egyptian burials, telling the mummy how to take their first breath in the after life? The Joseph Smith Papyri have been determined to be from the late Ptolemaic or early Roman period which is at least 1500 years after Abraham’s lifetime.

All exMormons are NOT a bunch of disgruntled people who hate the Mormon people. In fact, just the opporsite, we have so many friends and family in the church that we love and admire. We are sickened to know that they do no KNOW much about their own church history.

But of course, do NOT trust me or Samuel or any exMormon to be honest. Read for yourself. Study, Look for the truth. Go to exMormon.org and read stories of many bishops and gospel doctrine teachers who did just that. They began to read Mormon history and found OUT the truth. That is why we leave. It is a man made cult. Not that we hate Mormon people.

At any rate, Samuel, I love your work. Sometimes you come across awfully strong, but I even love that. I get mad as hell at seeing my loved ones bogged down by callings, tithing, guilt, and almost a total lack of understanding of their own church's history.

When somebody tells you to only read 'faith promoting materials' that is awfully damn scary. The Mormon Church makes remarkable claims. When people make such remarkable claims, I will imvestigate to make sure those claims are accurate. I have studied and researched, and Joseph Smith's claims simply do not hold true. Reading from the Journal of Discourses and many other LDS historical documents simple proves that it is nothing more than a cult.

    Thanks for all you do,
    Bonnie

    ReplyDelete
  7. Hi Bonnie,
I would agree to your comment, however I would even enlarge this criticism to Christianity as a whole.
Christians have fought for centuries to keep critics and people who thought beyond the narrow creation story calm.

Darwin's research that all living beings developed in a process called evolution and were not created during a period of 6 days by an almighty god was fought down for centuries.
Even my mother was taught at school that evolution was nonsense and that creation happened as described in the bible.

The bible makes claims as remarkable as that of the LDS leaders. All of them can be disproved by doing research, reading the bible in its entirety and recognizing the inherent contradictions.

Christians are as deluded and superstitious as LDS members.
They might not wear holy garments to protect them from evil, but they pray to God, in the hope that their prayers have any effect on reality. The oppoosite is the case.
Prayers have either no effect, sometimes they can even be harmful.
In a study with cancer patients, patients who knew that people prayed for them developed worse, because they felt stress to recover.
"God helps me, so I must become healthy, I must, I must!!!"
This stress made things worse, wherefore they could not relax, and their body could not concentrate on recovering.
Therefore, prayers turned out to be even harmful.

The inherent intolerance in monotheistic religions could be seen recently in the Pope speech and the following uprisal of Muslims who proved that Muhammad did not bring evil to the world by attacking churches and even killing a nun.

"Violence is incompatible with the nature of God and the nature of the soul."
Obviously, Pope Benedict was not speaking about the Christian god who is also the god of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.
If we read the bible, we read about a god who kills people to the millions, and who orders the Israelites to do so in his name.
We read about him killing innocent egyptians, only because the Pharao was hard-hearted. He even once killed almost every living being except of a few elect swimming in the arc.

In the first century, Marcion pointed out that this hateful and violent god was incompatible with the "nice daddy" god presented by Jesus. Consequently, he denied the old testament and wanted to separate Christianity from Judaism.
Unfortunately, his teaching was regarded heresy.
As a consequence, the brutal and violent god of the old testament was incorporated into Christianity, leading to a schizophrenic loving-hating peaceful-violent being.
("deus est coincidentia oppositorum", In God, opposites fall together.)
From this schizophrenic description, human beings can choose their image of God by stressing one verse of scripture over another.
If you want to be peaceful, just quote Jesus as being the prince of peace. If you want to go to war as an evangelical, you just quote Jesus who brought not peace but the sword.
Both quotes are biblical, as God and Jesus are presented as a schizoprenic composition of opposites.

Consequently, Christians who read the bible regularly get confused, as they don't see a consistent image of God and Jesus. If God and Jesus were only compassionate, loving, caring, nurishing, then Christians would strive to be the same, and Christianity would only lead to positive results on this earth.
However, as there is this ambiguity of depiction, Christians become the same.
    They are bigots.
"God loves the sinner, but hates the sin".
They fight against homosexuality which is a gross sin.
They don't care about eating shrimps, which is as gross in god's eyes as being homosexual.
They need hours of interpreting the bible, taking verses out of context, only to create their own image of God which suits their financial needs.
"You need to pay tithing" They have a scripture for that.

Additionally, morality is not important in Christianity.
All you need to do is believe in Jesus.
If you are a Mormon and you behave well, bad luck, you get to hell.
If you are a Muslim and behave well, bad luck, you get to hell.
If you are an Atheist, you are even worse and get to a lower hell.
If you don't belong to a denomination where women wear a hat during the worship service, you go to hell, because you believe in a false gospel (there is a scripture reference for that as well).
Morality, doing good is what Jesus actually taught, but Christians replaced that by a mere "belief" in Christianity.
Christians are not good Christians if they help their neighbour, are friendly, don't get angry even in bad times.
No, Christians are good Christians if they believe in contradicting doctrines put up centuries after the death of the historical Jesus

I appreciate what you do, Sam,
I just wanted to point out that there is a negative force in this world far greater than Mormonism.
Mormonism created only 12 million superstitious bigots.
Christianity created 2 billion superstitious bigots.
The harm done by the LDS church, for example by taking tightes from poor people, is nothing compared to the harm done by Christianity as a whole, killing millions of people who didn't agree to the mainstream doctrine, who were different, who happened to be female and not married, etc.

Sometimes I wonder if Mormonism is really that bad and cultish, if you compare it to other Christian denominations.
Mormonism is in accordance with evolution theory.
On the contrary, many evangelicals want to remove evolution theory from education and replace it by "intelligent design".
    How anti-scientific is that?
    Mormonism stresses righteousness.
At least you should do "all the things you could do".
Mormons are pushed towards moral behaviour.
On the contrary, many Christians are only pushed to believe ridiculous doctrines. If they believe in virgin Mary and a heavenly resurrected Jesus, then it doesn't matter how many people they have raped and murdered. One second before death, they quickly repent, and then everything is happy sunshine.

The Mormon prophets claim to be connected to God and Jesus.
What they teach is to be taken as scripture.
Yet, they taught racism, sexism, the Adam-God theory and so on. True, Sam, but so what?
The catholic popes claim to be infallible.
Pope Benedict proved that he has no clue about love and compassion when he attacked Islam. And if you read Ratzingers speech as a whole, you will find that it was not the opinion of a medieval scholar, but Ratzinger's own opinion.
"The decisive statement in this argument against violent conversion is this: not to act in accordance with reason is contrary to God's nature... But for Muslim teaching, God is absolutely transcendent."
Christianity is against violence, because it is rational.
Allah, on the other hand, is beyond rationality.
So 12 million Mormons believe in a succession of idiots.
    What's the big deal?
1 billion Catholics believe in a succession of idiots.

Ok, what I wanted to point out in this post is not that Sam's work is futile and nonsense, but it is only a drop in the ocean of the much bigger problem, the bigotry and nonsense taught by Christianty as a whole.
Pointing out the nonsense in the Mormon Church surely helps people avoid it.
But as a consequence, many people, as the videos someone posted above prove, just convert to another Christian sect which is as bigot and schizophrenic as the Church created by young Joseph who went into the woods.

Converting from Mormonism to Evangelical Christianity reminds me of a way Africans try to cure Aids: by sleeping with a virgin girl.

Therefore, I think that focussing only on warning against Mormonism as a particular sect may not be too helpful.

    Here is the reason:
Many Mormons are used to believe what their leaders teach them, this is how they grew up.
They believe in testimonies, they believe in accredited books, etc.
Now, if you, Sam, tell them: Mormonism is a hoax, Joseph Smith is a hoax, Gordon B. Hinckley is an idiot.
    What will happen?
It may happen that people wake up, they examine the facts provided by you. They may find out that Mormonism is indeed a hoax, make up their mind and leave the church.
    So far, so good.
    But what happens then?

As they are used to live in a cosy simplified world of "we are the good, you are the evil", I suppose that many will just exchange Mormonism for another system which differs only in details. Their new leader is not Joseph Smith, but another Guru. Their new scripture is not the Book of Mormon, but another madeup scripture.
Their new way of life might not contain abstaining from alcohol, but maybe they don't eat pork, or don't walk more than thousand steps on Saturday, or something else.

What I fear is that focussing only on Mormonism will not solve the problem, but just shift the problem from one sect to another.
An LDS believer leaves Mormonism to become a fanatic catholic. He will show the same negative attitudes he showed as a Mormon, but now coated in Catholic doctrine.
Then, every non-catholic is from a false church, only Pope Benedict knows it all, only the saints are real role models.
Or he might become a Tibetan Buddhist.
Spinning his prayer wheel, he hopes to wear off his bad karma. Sharing his merits with the devas and nagas, he works for the good of the world.
Only what the Dalai Lama says is good and true.
Or he might become a Muslim.
His wife from then on is called "Aishe", and her face is covered with a thick black cloth, so nobody can take part of her beauty. Alcohol is as bad as it ever was, but additionally, the dirty porks should be avoided.
And once a year, he hungers for Allah, only to eat twice as much during night, which is a very sensible diet.
Or he might become a fanatic atheist. Only what you can see is true (ok, you cannot see air, but you might under a special microscope), every religion only has a negative side.
He distributes pamphlets after Christmas mass to disprove Jesus' existence, etc.

    You get the point?
Maybe fighting only against Mormonism is too narrow a task.
Is freedom from Mormonism already freedom itself?
Is debunking a little lie already knowing all the truth?
Is concentrating one's life only on telling others about a lie the true meaning of life?

Just my two cents on the topic.
Maybe you disagree, but that's fine.
    Anyway,
good luck for your future way,
    whereever it may lead.
    Jim Tanner.

    ReplyDelete
  8. Jim Tanner,

I don't have time right now for a long response, so let me sum it up as quickly as I can for you, to try to help you understand why I do what I do and focus on Mormonism.

I spent 30 + years as a Mormon and it had and still has a dramatic and highly emotional impact on my life, my loved ones, family members and friends. An estimated 125,000 people last year left Mormonism, which isn't 2 Billion, but hey, 125,000 people, is 125,000 people and they need help too. Truth is that there are literally millions of inactive Mormons or those that have left or plan on leaving Mormonism.

Why would I discard a smaller group, as if they were nothing, due to their small size, to go after the big group. It also isn't up to me or you, to decide what people do after Mormonism. For that matter, if people want to remain Mormon, that's their choice.

To try to dictate to people that they shouldn't join some other church, or to try to control them in that way, because I now have the only truth; is just as bad as Mormonism or the other fanatical religions out there. I would be a complete hypocrite.

I'm not even trying to reach those folks, rather my target audience is those that are on the fence, have a ton of doubts and questions or have left and are suffering incredible emotional and psychological pain and feel as if they are alone. Some have had their spouses leave, have lost their kids in the battle, friends, brothers, sisters, etc. That is some serious damn pain and I know all about it!!

I had several awesome people that were there for me, when I was leaving and they know who they are. I want to be there for others and return the favor to help others in need. If you haven't been where we were and are, you couldn't possibly understand and I wouldn't expect you to.

I've only been on the journey for a little over a year and I'm constantly expanding my scope, but Mormonism will always be the central focus. I simply don't have time to focus on JWs, SDAs, Catholics, etc. I did 2 podcasts on cults in general and anyone can apply what I said in those podcasts and the cult checklist, to whatever damn religion or cult they want.

Mormonism is what has dramatically impacted my life and it is what I know best. I have literally spent thousands of hours over the last year or so, in addition to the 30+ years as a member, to learn Mormonism inside and out.

In those thousands of hours of research, I've written posts on many discussion boards, and on 3 blogs, which are well over 200 posts now and I've recorded 25 podcasts, which is probably in the 30-40 hour range.

I have thousands of people that listen to my podcasts each month, and I've had close to 70,000 clicks on this main blog in just over a year. I just mention this to show you that there is a need for what I do and I'm going to keep doing it, regardless of how worthless you or anyone else thinks it is. I haven't even mentioned the literally thousands of Emails over the last year thanking me for how much I've helped them, in one way or another.

Maybe you Jim Tanner, can go out and do what you are saying I should do, set the example and focus on all of these other religions and write blogs and record podcasts, in order to fill the gap that I'm leaving for you. I will link to you and your podcasts and blogs and we can therefore help a much broader audience. What do you think?

Like I said; people have to decide what they want to do after leaving Mormonism and from the Emails I get and comments I read, it doesn't sound like too many of my readers are jumping right into other churches. I hung onto my "Christian" beliefs for at least 8-10 months after leaving Mormonism, just because I hadn't yet taken the time to examine them.

In any case, in the coming months, I will make myself even clearer on where I stand and what I now believe and why. I don't have time to save the world you know and I have to focus on something as primary and that is and will continue to be Mormonism. Maybe it doesn't help you and you can't understand, because you were never Mormon, I don't know.

The fact is, Mormonism is much worse than most cults, uses much more indoctrination and mind control and the people that leave suffer greatly. If a Catholic doesn't go to church for 6 months, it's not like the send out the Calvary looking for them, call them incessantly, send home teachers, try to take their kids to church, etc.

If you leave Mormonism; you are now an outcast of "the village" and they treat you like a second class citizen, especially in Utah. Hell, just going inactive here in zombie-land will get you that reward and honor.

In fact, most religions don't apply the tactics of Mormonism. I mean hell, JWs and SDAs, actually remove people off of their membership records and are honest about it, if they stop coming or aren't interested anymore. They pretty much leave you alone after that, from what I know.

Mormons on the other hand, employ entire volunteer call centers to track people down, by calling their family and friends, looking for them and then after all that, they leave you on the membership records until you are 110, even if you are dead, or inactive for 38 years. In fact, I recently found out that a couple of my loved ones, that passed away many years ago, are still listed as members.

Also, if you had been following my blog or listened to some of my latest podcasts, you would already know how I feel about the radical, nutjob, fanatical Evangelicals and their practices. I've condemned them so many times that people wanted and begged me to stop talking about it.

So, for you to say that I haven't really addressed these other religions or talked about them, is false, based on your lack of knowledge of what I've been doing. I'm not sure if you are a new kid on the block or been around a while, but you must have missed those spirited discussions completely.

I appreciate your comments and contribution, but felt the need to clarify some things and explain to you why I do what I do and I hope you understand better now. Maybe when I get more time, I can address some of the other things you've said. If not, I'm sure that many here will pick up the slack and be glad to engage you in conversation and debate anything you want. We are starting to get a pretty good, and diverse group of commenters here, with various opinions, from all walks of life, which is great!!

    Take care,

    Samuel

  9. He will show the same negative attitudes he showed as a Mormon, but now coated in Catholic doctrine.
Then, every non-catholic is from a false church, only Pope Benedict knows it all, only the saints are real role models.

You know, if you have criticisms against religion in general or the Catholic Church in specific, you could at least try to keep your arguments rooted in reality.

There is no Catholic doctrine that states non-Catholics are from a false Church. In fact, the Catholic Church recognizes the baptisms of nearly all Christian denominations. The pope has been issuing joint declariations of faith with Lutherans and Methodists and other denominations. And inter-faith dialogue is continuing and ongoing.

We don't believe that Pope Benedict "knows it all". In fact, we recognize that he is just a man and is as prone to mistakes as any man. He is not a god, he is not a seer or prophet. He is a man.

And as men and women, we do the best that we can. Many times we fall short. None of us is perfect, and we recognize that.

If you choose not to accept the Good News of the Gospels, that is certainly your perrogative. If you have issues with the Roman Catholic Church, certainly you have that right and I would not be surprised if many of your issues are justified. However, there is no need to exaggerate or embellish. There are plenty of real flaws for you to take issue with.

On another note, Samuel, I just listened to an informative podcast that you might take particular interest in. It's the SunstoneClassic Podcast. Episode 4 is a recording of the 2002 Salt Lake Sunstone symposium and the topic is "Ostracize, Condole, or Congratulate: What to do When Missionaries Come Home Early".

I found this podcast absolutely fascinating. They told many, many horror stories of the stigma applied to missionaries who return early. One speaker recalled a father who said he'd rather his son come home in a body bag than come home early stained with the sin of fornication.

And it just goes on and on like that. Speakers include mothers of returned missionaries, a man who completed his mission but admited to sleeping throug h his entire second year, a psychologist and a playwright who wrote a play about a missionary who came home early.

One interesting aspect of this symposium is all of the speakers sound like they are TBMs, despite their strong opposition to the stringent missionary practice and its constraining rules and regulations.

  10. Sorry for the advertisement,
but as I am in John Dehlins mailing list, I just wanted to copy a link to a new website he posted:
    http://www.mormonstories.org/outofretirement.html

John is thinking about becoming a professional podcaster, that is, podcasting fulltime via donations by subscribers.

    Maybe it works out.
Just wanted to "spread the word",

  11. Samuel - oh. my. everloving god.

Seriously, if I were going to post a hateful message, I'd at least make sure that it was written in a way that was readable (their grammar is truly atrocious). And in the case of the TBM's, I might want to make sure that I wasn't swearing or saying anything else that would make me look like a hypocrytical TBM. And since I did receive a little hate mail after our podcasts, I thought I'd post the worst one I received...

"I hope you find a man who will marry you despite all of your flaws, because let's face it - that's why you're so angry with the church. It's because you're one ugly troll that wasn't able to find a husband and now is blaming the church on your unhappiness. If you would just throw on some makeup and go to church I'm sure some poor sap would at least talk to you - and he probably wouldn't know what he was about to get into since he'd be so eager to get married too. From hearing your awful personality on these podcasts, I understand why you're alone. You're just hateful. Take your Daddy issues and shove 'em. You know you're lying about the whole thing with your father being sealed to two women - quit trying to play your daddy hate off because of that. Grow up and look at your ugly face in the mirror. Nobody wants you. Deal with it and quit taking it out on the church."

Yeah. That one made me REALLY happy.

  13. Hey Joy,
actually, the hatemail you got has an amusing side to it, hasn't it.

Apparently, the author thinks that the only meaning of life is to get married and to bear children.
    The old in-out, in-out game.

It's a sad, shallow outline of life, but hey, what do you want? Mormonism is based on the fantasy of a 14yo boy who was confused about the complicated world of religion, so he invented a much simpler and clearer one. Only in the course of time, with President after President, Seer after Seer, Revelator after Revelator adding their sh**, emm, opinion onto it, it became a complicated religion with questions arising such as:
    "Aren't we racist?"
    "No!"
    "But Brigham Young said..."
    "Forget Brigham Young!"
So don't ask too many questions, don't have gay friends.
Marry, bear twelve or more children, and if you achieve that, you will probably have no time to wonder about the contradicting accounts of Joseph's first vision.

    Life is simple!
That's Joseph's ZEN way of life.
And if you want to increase the complexity of your life, guys, try more than one wife!
"But we don't practice polygamy any more, do we?"
    LDS Polygamist *grinning*

  14. Damn Joy!!

Now, that's some hate-filled crazy shit there, isn't it? Keeping in mind that this person doesn't even know you at all, and is a supposed true believing Mormon, most likely with a temple recommend or plans to get one soon. By the way, why are they listening to my podcasts? Isn't that a violation of their temple recommend questions? Why yes it is....confession time TBMS!!

I also found it fascinating that there wasn't any sympathy for what you had gone through, no understanding, no caring, NOTHING!! Just in your face, ad hominem attacks, accusations that you are a liar and ugly, can't get a guy, etc. He's just mad that he can't have you...LOL!!

He's probably one of these sexually frustrated Mormon guys walking around in his late 20's/early 30's, who can't have sex and can't masturbate without confessing to his Bishop. I knew many of these guys in my TBM days.

This is just another thing that Mormonism creates....horny guys who can't release their frustrations!! That's why they end up getting married to women they don't love, 2 weeks after their mission, just so that they can have sex. How pathetic is that?!! I personally know a guy that did just that and then got divorced, after a couple of kids of course. Isn't it wonderful?

Amazing that people like your hate-mailer think that they have "the one and only truth" and that anyone would want to be like them or whatever it is that they follow and believe(Mormonism), that makes them the way they are...insane and crazy!!

Remember what people in Mormonism always say; it's not a religion, but a lifestyle. Well, it looks like that lifestyle for our hate-mailers is working out pretty nicely, isn't it? They have learned all about love, compassion, understanding and caring.

I can honestly say that in my TBM days, when someone would bring up what I thought were anti-Mormon lies; I was always respectful toward them, never insulted them and tried not to create a conflict. Why? Because I knew that I had "the only truth" and that they would have to answer to God and I was trying to be a good "Christlike example."

I always felt that there was hope that they'd return to the fold, like the Prodigal Son did. I thought I could help them to do this and didn't want to alienate them. I also knew that they were free to believe whatever they wanted, which many today don't believe should be our right.

It's apparent to me that these hate-mailers, are very shaky and not very strong in their testimonies and we obviously have shaken them to the core, in order for them to respond the way they have.

Someone that is sure and confident of what they believe, doesn't react they way they do, hurling personal insults, while not dealing with one issue. In short, we've won the argument before it even began. They aren't even capable of good, honest, passionate debate.

It's hard to believe they'll be God's someday, isn't it? LMAO!! Well, at least in their own pathetic minds that is. Did you have any other Hatemail Joy, that you could share with us, that came from our interview? I'm sure that you got a lot, but if you could share another one or two, that would be great.

These hate-mailers just prove the mental breakdowns that happen when you are a die-hard true believing Mormon and Christianity probably isn't too far behind in that category.

Like Hinckley says, when speaking of the billions they spend on temples and the conference center; "there's nothing too good for the Lord." Amen!! Whether it be polygamy, racism, pedophilia, lying, defrauding, robbing the poor, condemning the world with a smile; nothing is too good for the Mormon Lord....PRAISE THE LORD!!

    Samuel

  15. I hate f--kin' mormons. And unfortunately, due to the nature of my business and being that it's based in Utah, I'm immersed in them ALL THE TIME. They disgust me.

But, the true disgust didn't hit me until ONE shoddy bastard from Ivins really, really broke my heart.

He's married...has 50 kids...and the chastity belt-wearing wife. Yet, he wants to talk dirty to me because he knows that I am not "one of them" and because I'm a little Baptist girl. Yes, Baptists may be just as damn bad but you can live in sin as long as you pray about it.

The thing is that he puts on this front to his wife, kids, and stuck-up LDS fundamentalist community and then presents this devilish face to me. He doesn't believe any of that LDS crap, for, he was just born into it. But, rather than break away and stand up for himself, he remains to be the p--sy that he is and stays in it.

Talking dirty to a "woman on the side" is by no means graceful. But any other religion wouldn't go to such extremes to keep things in the closet.

Mormons all "fear" each other or something. So you'd be excommunicated from the temple. Who gives a holy shit. Baptists take in anybody...we even have minorities!!!! We have Vietnamese, African Americans, Hispanics...

Mormons...have just that...white, fair skinned, leaning-nosed MORMONS. Any every damn one of them, if you look close enough, they look the same.

Why don't those who don't want to be mormon ever drop that fake mormon facade that they don't even believe in!!!

  16. It's wonderful (as an outsider) to see the warm, unconditional love from the flock here! You all proved yourself to be the very hypocrates you accuse others of being. Maybe your holy underwear is too tight?
I started reading the book of mor(m)ons and I have to say I am aghast in wonderment how anybody can be so stupid to buy into this scam!

    ReplyDelete
  17. I have read some and listened to some of your stuff. I just want to ask you one question, are you truly born again, do you know Jesus Christ? Im not judging anyone on here, just asking, do you know Jesus Christ? If you do not know him he will not know you after you die the Bible clearly teaches this. I dont care what church you belong to, that is the bottom line. God does not set up in Heaven and say lets make a deal, God sets up in Heaven and says this is the deal. I challenge ANYONE and I mean ANYONE on this intire planet to read the 4 gospels in the Bible. Not the mormon version and not the catholic version. Just the good old King James or pick one up at your local motel 6. Ask God to tell you the truth. If you dont get it read it again and ask God again. Gods word and prayer are the most powerful things in this universe. And there is nothing better than the true love and peace that you will only get from Jesus Christ.
